Listening to Neil Halstead's Oh! Mighty Engine and working on some tedious reading/coding in preparation for a research meeting tomorrow morning. Today was full day of inspiring talks & discussion and I have a lot of ideas simmering in my head regarding my own research interests and goals (must work on those grad apps!). It's been quite a while since I've listened to this record but Neil's voice always helps me calm down and relax, so I can put thoughts & ideas down on paper before they disappear into the deep recesses of my mind (don't you hate it when that happens?).
